Report: SAC Booth called for Witness Security support for Katherine Nora Donnelly on the basis of an overheard phone call. Name 'Niall Shea' was dropped, related to subject as father. SAC Booth took precautions as agent in charge of previous case involving Niall Shea murder (Case #185-NS-3489). #22705 requested a new identity (Kathleen Nichele McMichael) for subject. All paperwork was provided at local HQ for pickup by target. Obituary published following day.

Report: Gabriella Lucia Carmichael kidnapped by Carlucci crime family. SAC Booth tracking subject, noted subject's pattern of actions out of the ordinary. Followed up, found evidence pointing to Carlucci crime family's involvement. Later discovered evidence was planted by Angelo Carlucci Jr (aka Little Ange). SAC Booth requested SWAT support for assault on Carlucci compound. ##22705 took initiative on stealth infiltration. 4 guards terminated, Angelo Carlucci Jr injured in attempt to save his life. Angelo Carlucci Sr killed, 9 GSWs. Gabriella Lucia Carmichael treated on scene for GSW to calf, Angelo Carlucci Jr treated for GSW to arm and offered entry to the Witness Security Program (Case #185-AC-4791) after arrest for involvement.

Report: SAC Booth, S. and SA Booth, D. were called to the Whitley residence at 0245. CPD on scene. Hostile in residence, identified as Malachi Shea, of Shea Crime faction. Hostage reported, identified as Kathleen Nichele McMichael, (aka Katherine Nora Donnelly (Shea, see Case #185-NS-348A). Hostile demanded female negotiator, SA Neill was dispatched. In the interim, SA Booth, D. attempted to keep hostile engaged outside in the open. Hostile attacked SA Booth, D., at which point she fired one shot, center mass. SA Booth, D., applied pressure and attempted to keep the perpetrator alive until medics arrived but was unsuccessful. Fatality reported on scene by SA Booth, confirmed by the coroner. Winter was ejected from the car, Summer was taken to Flannery Warehouses. #56842 pursued and engaged.
